House notes
- Cancellations made at least 3 days before your appointment are refunded. No-shows or cancellations with less than 3 days' notice are not refunded.
- Final fitting and inspection happen in-store — you sign off on the garment before pickup.
- After pickup, workmanship defects are repaired free of charge.
- Any change of mind or further fit changes after pickup are a new alteration, at full price.
